Our 5'er came with a remote controlled Fantastic fan. You set the speed you want, go to bed and when the temp you want is reached it will stop and close the lid. It will start out faster then slow as it progresses. It also has a rain sensor in that if it starts raining it will automatically shut off and close the lid. If it heats up after shutting down it will restart and run till it reaches the lower temp. It also has a manual override. We just crack open a window somewhere in the 5'er and it draws fresh air up into the bedroom.
My next buy is a Maxair type vent cover so we can run it on rainy/muggy days.
