Welcome to 2014. 2 tone paint jobs went out about 10 years ago for good save for a few options.
If you're getting a new truck the easiest way to accomplish that and most economical from initial cost to resale value is to vinyl wrap the portion you want changed. It's durable, easily remove able and if you're doing the lower portion it's like a rock guard for the paint. And maybe color match some fender flares.
I've thought about doing up my truck like the old skool 50-60s models with a white cab from the windows up on a colored body. Prolly look stupid compared to the old trucks though.
The only truck maker I see that it went out on is GM. My 2012 F-350 has 2 tone, the 2015 has it as a option. Most of the trucks on the lot I see are 2 tone except for the Platinum and Laramie Limited.

Only thing that I see with the limited that is not available with the longhorn is the black leather.
I thought the Limited was the Longhorn package without the stiching. Pretty sure it is not a higher trim level.
They are more money. The leather in the LongHorn and Limited are the same quality just different detailing.
I would like the Limited black leather in a new LongHorn but not possible.
The Laramie Limited has standard features that are options on the Longhorn. From setting in a Limited and a Longhorn, it felt like a different leather. The Longhorn is available without the stitching if you want it that way, along with 2 different colors of leather. The Limited is only available with black leather. The Longhorn has 2 tone paint as a standard, again, not available on the Limited. Go to the build sheet and you will see the differences.
