NO OVEN? REALLY?

Miss our oven.

Anything I could cook in an oven I have an alternate method for.

We bought ours off the lot and the oven was part of the package. We use it for storage. We bought a small pizza stone for it and used it once in 3 seasons. We'd just as soon have an extra cabinet where the oven is.

I'd say it is true. We have about 2 dozen friends we camp with. Of that number, us and maybe one or two others use the oven once or more/trip. the others vary from never in many years to maybe once or twice/year.

We dry camp a lot, but even then, we do almost all our cooking with the "Maytag" firepit or dutch oven. In a week of camping, we will use the oven maybe once for muffins for the week, and if we do a potluck dinner, maybe for that.

That said, we do like having it.

And unless it is the bigger (taller) oven, not the shorter one std on many trailers, it really is not all that usefull anyway. hard to get things to cook as you would want. the taller one is better, which is what we have.

We don't have one in our OFF-ROAD camper... We use the outside grill the most and our large electric skillet and Microwave when on shore power...

I like my five minute baked potatoes in the microwave... They do pretty good as well rolled up in foil on the grill...

Most of our camping is OFF-ROAD as well...

We have had several rv's over the years and have never used the oven; we use our current one in our TT to store pans. Actually our 2009 Holiday Rambler Class A didn't even come with one; the space was better used for kitchen storage.

Our preference is to use a toaster oven since it runs on ac power.

Hmmm seems a mixed group of yea and no on this. I wonder if it is still an option? Should have asked sales guy. Hate talking with them. Really don't think I would buy a new TT without one. Atleast for us as we dry camp most of the time.

We use ours all the time unless it is extremely hot outside, then grill outside!

I use mine 4-5 x a week, at least.

We use ours often. Sometimes even use the regular oven and micro/convection oven at the same time if we need to bake two different things at different temps at the same time.

On smaller trailers I can see where they might eliminate them due to available space.
