Do you mean there is label that says "GFCI protected" on a receptacle plate? Somewhere, there is a GFCI DEVICE that protects the circuit.
If you replaced all the circuit breakers in your load center, including the main breaker, and all the neutral wires are still connected to the buss bar, your power issue would be the load center itself or upstream of the load center. However, you state that you have power to the microwave. This is another inconsistency.
Do you have a meter?
