The plugs that are listed as gfci have no reset switch, no power to ac or refrigerator
If you replaced all the circuit breakers in your load center, including the main breaker, and all the neutral wires are still connected to the buss bar, your power issue would be the load center itself or upstream of the load center. However, you state that you have power to the microwave. This is another inconsistency.
