Rules and RegsIt sounds more like they don't want "camping" at their resort more than any attitude towards RV types. No campfires, but you can have a charcoal grill. No tents or RVs that "pee" water or outside shower tents, etc.
They do allow kids of all ages. Max 6 people per site.
They do allow dogs (no breed or size restriction, but limited to 2 per site).
No RV age restriction listed.
I don't see that as being snobby. Just differentiating themselves from a campground where it's about swimming and campfires and ATVs, etc.
