I think this is the best way to deal with the issue. The two lifestyles seem to have a naturally occurring dividing line that doesn't need to be defined by rules.
I know when I'm sitting in my coach with my wife Muffy at a class A only resort sipping port, petting my afghan hound and and looking out the window, I certainly don't want to see some truck camper!
My wealthiest clients, some who have hired my construction company for years on end without having to bid any of the projects would not say something like about anyone. In fact each cared enough to make sure we made it through a terrible recession.
