Last time I browsed Carlisle's website, I remember reading 3-5 years for trailer tires regardless of mileage. Down here in sunny red tide Florida, I like to change them out at 3 years even with keeping them covered. I would imagine Arizona gets a little toasty too. I agree. Time to replace them all.
