Oh you’re right! I looked at the photos tiny on my phone screen, thought it was a 359...that is a 379! I should know, I regularly drive both! That’s a better truck, more space between the seats, better hvac, usually more power.
You could have a Host triple slide and still tow a 40’ enclosed trailer or a large cabin cruiser. Or a diesel dually as a toad. All without even slowing it down!
Edit: read the article. 600hp Cat. No pickup has anything remotely close to fhe torque that makes. A new Ford 6.7 doesn’t make even half the torque, that 15.2 liter monster makes 2000 ft/lbs and can do it at full throttle under a load all day long. Pickups are a joke next to a C15 in a Pete.
The super singles will handle great, I’ve run them. In this application they’re still overkill.
The weight capacities listed in the article are higher than would be allowed in the US (you can’t go over 20,000 in any single axle) but it still has more than plenty.
The thing is awesome.
