I find it interesting that Lippert has such a bad rep here. I'm on my third TT and the first one with a Lippert frame and axles.
This one is the highest quality by far.
Mt first TT a 1975 Prowler had some really ugly looking welds, but they never failed.
My second one a 2001 Fleetwood wilderness had good looking welds, but I had to do quite a bit of welding repairs over the years to fix it.
The 2010 Sabre I have now has excellent looking welds, and has been trouble free.
I think a lot of the issues may be how the manufacturer specs the frame.
