I guess I am lucky.
I have had nothing fall in route. I bought a butcher block cutting board that covers the stove top. I started putting it on the floor under the table when towing. I forgot one time and it stayed in place.
My TT came with the TP holder but not paper towel. We just stick the open roll behind the stove top. Its always there when we reach our destination.
