Wow, I feel lucky also after hearing these stories! Stuff always moves around in my pantry when I travel, so I just CAREFULLY open the doors and rearrange things each time we setup. I also have a "liquor cabinet" where I keep bottles of wine, olive oil, vinegar, etc. I have to be extra careful opening that one but no issues yet.
In our fifth wheel, we used to keep the dogs food and water bowls on the floor when we traveled. One of the food bowls somehow got wedged halfway UNDER the slide. Dang that was hard to get out... it was a wooden area and the wood got all scratched up getting it out... I believe we eventually had to saw the dog bowl (it was metal). Don't travel with the dog bowls unsecured anymore!
