noob rooftop air and wall mounted home a/c dealer practices

I purposely bought a Starcraft hybrid TT because it had a side mounted home type AC. Having a heavy AC mounted in the middle of the roof while bouncing down the highway just never appealed to me. My storage area has limited overhead clearance so having no roof AC reduces the overall height. Also the home AC is quieter and if it has the necessary BTU rating it should be fine. Mine has a heavy expanded metal screen outside to protect the cooling fins.

I Also have a folding Aliner that utilizes a side mounted home AC.
