Norcold Fridge Question

Matt here, and I am new to the RV life (but loving it so far!). I have a 2018 StarCraft with Norcold fridges. Up to this point, it has been working fine. This week, I went to kick it on (Gas) and the lights were real dim (hardly showing), and nothing. At that point, I knew I needed a new battery, so I replaced it. I hooked it to shore power, same issue, even with a new battery.
I let it sit for a few hours, turned it to gas and the lights appeared correct, but the gas light went solid quickly, even on auto, the lights were normal. Then the issue was, it would not cool. Lights are not, but nothing seems to be happening.
Any ideas? Appreciate any help or suggestions. Taking it will cost $150 hour, so I am hoping to avoid that :)
