Norcold fridge/freezer. will it keep food frozen?

If it's working properly it will keep frozen foods frozen in the freezer. It's best not to overload the refrigerator and freezer. You want to load it so there is plenty of air space around the items in the freezer and refrigerator.

My wife always packs it full and then wonders why it's not keeping the food as cold as it should.

You may see a temperature rise when the sun is directly on the side where the refrigerator is located.
