Norcold fridge/freezer. will it keep food frozen?

I found the Norcold freezer would not keep Ice Cream and meat frozen "hard", particularly when the outside temperature was in the 90's and above. As a result I replaced the Norcold with a residential refrigerator. As mentioned above keep the door closed, don’t over pack and be sure to start the freezer a minimum of 24 hours in advance.
