Norcold frig wire back panel

Thanks RAV, model # is 641.3FR, I looked up the manual but cant make much sense of it.

Is there a huge safety risk to use it as is until I can get it to a repair facility in a week? Refrig seems to work fine now.

Edit: THe brown wire is coming from the thermostat. p36
