I have mine for four years now. The latch on the bathroom sliding door failed. That was about a $3 replacement item at Home Depot. I didn’t like the analog thermostat so I replaced it with a digital one from Home Depot about $12. The mattress is completely worn. I have a Zinus Sleep Master Ultima Comfort Memory Foam 6 Inch Mattress, Queen being delivered by UPS today. I added two solar panels. Other than the bathroom door latch, nothing has failed.
