Really pleased with our 8-11. We bought it new late in 2012, it was one of the first 2013 models shipped this way. We had a cabinet door replaced, the front top clearance light replaced, replaced the water pump, and a gremlin in our battery hook up that took a while for our dealer to figure out. I am about to replace one of the little shocks that hold a window open. The pump was the only thing that the dealer didn't take care of and that was because I didn't ask. We use our rig quite a bit and mostly off pavement. We are not fortunate enough to be able to park under cover but we are in a relatively dry climate.
I honestly feel our unit has lived up to the reputation of NL. Plus on the few instances when we've needed help, both the folks at NL and our dealer in Roseville have been great!
