Nope, I just bought mine new last month. It doesn't look that hard to do though. Put the camper in your truck (if you set it on the ground you'll have no way of loading it in your truck in case you need to go camping before you're done fixing the bracket). Remove the jack from the bracket. Unbolt the bracket and gently work the sealant loose. Sand off all the rust and old paint. Find a shop that powder-coats. Reinstall in reverse order but leave the camper on the truck so you can go camping again. I'm not sure what sealant they use against the gel coat when you bolt it back on. Hopefully someone here does.
