I cannot comment on the Cirrus because I have not looked at them closely, just a quick walk through about a year ago.
I can comment on the Northern Lite as we purchased a 2017 8.11 SE. We love it, the clamshell design really sold me and the interior is top shelf quality. They are lighter than their counterparts in the same class. They are a true 4 season camper but so far, we have not camped at sustained temperatures below freezing and probably won't. That being said, the camper is insulated very well against summer heat also.
So far, we are very impressed and happy with the camper and I can highly recommend them.
