I can't speak for Cirrus because I didn't buy one of their units, but I can say with all certainty that Northern-Lite stands behind their warranty. With respect to what the camper salesmen are telling you about fast-guns and the bed mat, ask to see it in writing. Norther-Lite didn't ask me about either one when I had a warranty claim.
