That looks like either a Loredo or an Adventurer. Don't be confused by that latter model name... it is a type of Northstar camper model (not to be confused with the mfgr of the same name.)
Check the camper width and interior height. If it is 7'-0" wide and 6'-4" tall it is one of the two aforementioned models. If it is 7'-6" wide and 6'-7" inside it is either an Arrow or an Igloo, but it looks too small to be one of these two.
My best guess is that it is a Loredo because the refrigerator is on the drivers side of the camper. If it were an Adventurer then it would be on the passenger side. When you look at it, look to see if the shower/toilet is on your right hand side in the rear corner. Cannot tell if it is the cassette toilet model or not- if it is, then the door to the black tank is on the right rear. Cassettes back then were not as popular as now. If the shower-toilet is here, then more indicators of a Loredo; Adventurers have the wet bath on the driver's side.
If it does have the fresh water toilet (or cassette for this matter as well) simulate it if you were to use it for real... I do not mean to actually use the toilet, but be sure to lift the lid to see if it is usable for your body frame. One of my first NS's had the fresh toilet and I "sat" on it lid down when looking at it upon purchase and my knees were very close to the wall in front. It was tight quarters but usable I thought. When I actually needed to use the toilet in the field, lid up, my person was pushed forward in the space and knees did not have enough room at the wall. I ended up selling after about a month because the toilet in the wet bath was not usable for me.
Don't just sit on it, pretend you are taking care of the paperwork and verify working room. Also simulate taking a shower. When we were researching what to buy I (5'8"/240lbs) found there are bathrooms that it was basically impossible to use unless you were the size of my wife (4'10"/95lbs). One Lance wetbath literally pinned me against the counter when the door was shut to shower. So the only showering would have been really just a rinse off.
