I hate to see this kind of treatment of customers who are clearly in a bind. Totally inconsiderate with absolutely no regard for the situation. Makes me mad as hell :M
In my counseling sessions, I've learned to be more up front with my feelings and opinions. I guess it's healthy or something. Perhaps you could be a little more introspective and tell us how you really think about all this....Quit beating around the bush.
