Just learned that the truck shop service manager (Power-stroke service)who was promoted to general manager of all service at Woody Anderson a few years ago was fired and escorted off the property. There aren't many ways to pad your pockets in a service department except to write bogus work orders or bill for service not performed. The guy was a total snake when I went through 2 turbo replacements on my 6.0 so I can fully believe he screwed a bunch of folks. Fortunately for me at the time he was only the truck shop guy so when I had my second turbo fail I was able to go above him and get a satisfactory resolution. The good guy I dealt with left not long after as he felt something was not right inside that dealership and didn't want to be part of it. You might have been billed for work not performed. Don't know if you have any recourse but maybe in cleaning house the dealer will reopen your invoice and make it right.
