Could be due to where the power, sewer and water connections are and the size & layout of the site. In older CGs, they can all be in different locations and far away from where a TT would hook up when backed in. Sometimes for a TT these sites require waay over 25' of shore power cord, sewer hose and water hose. If you carry lots of extra cord and hose you may be okay. Also, some sites aren't deep enough for a TV & long TT but will fit a MH and in some sites, your TT awning will be on the shady side. You might just ask the CG about this.
