With the relatively short garage, you probably need to load Yamaha in backwards to keep the tongue weight high enough. The wheelbase of that trailer is relatively short to carry heavy loads in the garage. You might even need to to travel with an empty fuel station since that looks to be behind the axles as well.
That all said.... By the time to you bring the tongue weight up high enough to make the trailer stable, you're looking at 1600-1800 pounds of tongue weight, which still puts you in the situation of needing more truck.
