Follow-up ... yes, had calculated. Yes, running 55 mph or less. Sounds like my truck may be running pretty much at peak around 55 mph. I'm tracking the mileage pretty close, since it's a new truck and planning a couple longer distance trips over the next few months, so I can reasonably calculate fuel consumption and cost. Still, I'm tickled pink! It does sound like I'm fairly "average" though. But my last Chevy Diesel Dully only got about 10 towing and 11-12 not towing. When I got the new truck and the mileage was about the same, I was disappointed at first. But seems the more I'm driving, it's getting much better now.
