I think there are 2 contributing factors. 1 - new truck engine is getting broke-in. 2 - speed. as I'v said in other posts, I avoid interstates in Indiana because they are so rough, especially towing. So my top speed is 55-60. Last week-end for the trip we made, I never broke the speed limit, also the air-conditioner was not running either. (maybe that was another factor).
