I'm pretty sure the 2013 is getting better mpg.. It's got 250 miles on it now.. :) The computer is telling me it's avg is 16.5 mpg and it's still not at half a tank yet (the dealer actually filled the 36 gallon tank for me! :) )
The best the 97 ever got running empty and a total hwy run was 17 mpg. Commuting average with the 97 was in the 13-14 range with an occasional 15.
I know I've got to get some hand calculated figures and I will, and when it's 'broken in', it should get even better! I sure hope so.. :)
