I know how to use a brake controller I've driven truck for 26 years and have pulled a TT for the last 15 years. Set at 10, rolling at 10-15mph using the manual control it will slow the vehicle. when stopping using my foot the trailer is pushing the truck, there is no more adjustment to make there in lays the problem.
