Read your warranty very carefully before you go off the deep end on the dealer and alienate him. Your problem may not even be covered.
If he did not install the brake controller, certainly that portion is not his problem.
I mean no disrespect but the way you explain setting your controller is much different than what my manual for my P3 does.
Mine basically say to set them so they come on after you press the brake pedal but before the Tow vehicle brakes come on.
Please advise us as this problem unfolds.
