When I bought my new trailer a few years ago, before I even pulled off the dealers lot, I checked the air pressure and the lug nut torque. Stopped after 30 minutes and checked them again.
All I am saying is that RV'ing is a participant sport. Expecting that someone else has taken care of the details is likely going to lead to frustration and disappointment. Or, as the title you gave the thread....not very happy.
Good luck with it all. Hopefully you can get it sorted and be able to enjoy camping.
