Well here are my suggestions. Since you have already accepted the unit the PDI is a moot point.
- Read you RV warranty carefully.
- Read all appliance warranties carefully.
- Make a list of all the items that are broken/inoperative that are covered by the warranties.
- Take the unit back to your dealer and work with the warranty administrator.
- Document everything you can...who you talked to; when you talked to them; what was stated.
- Above all stay calm, cool and collected but be determined.
- Do not accept the unit back until all is repaired to your satisfaction.
- If the dealer offers you a reasonable offer to unload the unit if you feel that it is a lemon...take it.
