- Good to see truck sales are up all over the board. Everybody wins.
- I think Stanley gets the medal for coldest location in Idaho. They are at about 6500 feet. Those Sawtooths are some damn cold mountains. They have white on them all year long (Redfish lake area). Salmon can also get cold but the elevation is actually a little lower. I am about 90 miles from Yellowstone, and it get cold here as well. Drive 4 hours to Boise and they barely know what Winter means. I came from North Dakota but after being here for so long I have gotten "soft", 15 below actually feels cold now.

Let me guess, Salmon Idaho area? We almost bought some property there till I read it was the coldest place in the lower 48 :W - I have been waking up to minus 15ish plus whatever the windchill happens to be. Good luck trying to find Power Service. It doesn't look there is any relief any time soon.

DANG GUYS!!! My buddies:B...I'm done buying trucks, no more, finished, it's over, I quit....this is it......well, I guess in 3 years you might possibly believe me:).
Got up to 65 here today.....:B..but, it'll drop out here too....
anyway, read all of you ganging up on me just because I buy a new truck every once in a while.....had to get rid of the 12 or would have had to get an oil change and rotate the tires:)
Come on NC the 2015 Rams are going to be calling you. Last night @ 10:30 it was 59* here in P-Burg. But this weekend it's going to drop like a rock :( .
IB did you notice the new Jeep Cherokee is rocking the sales figures! "The automaker said its long-delayed Cherokee SUV, replacement for the Liberty, had a strong month, notching 10,169 sales. It was the Cherokee's first full month in showrooms Jeep was up 30%."
So much for "it's an ugly SUV and will be a dud!" that some predicted it would be.

I think in general new looks/new designs take some getting used to; many times I lay eyes on a new vehicle for the first time and I think "ugly" then over time it grows on me.
Works the other way too; that "cutting edge" look of a new vehicles always fades after a few years and even the edgiest begin to look dated.NC Hauler wrote:

I went fishing in West Matagorda Bay yesterday and the temp was near 80F. Luv it... :B But it's supposed to get colder than a Well Diggers Azz this weekend. :E
There's a campground next to the harbor and it's already loaded with snowbirds.
Oh boo hoo princess :B It's -30 here :E
