I've generally stuck with one make for quite a few years and vehicles. The main reason is that the dealer has been fair to me, IMO. Primarily though it's a particular service writer I've used for about 30 years. He's knowledgeable, honest and his advice is excellent.
When he retires...I'll be looking at other makes.
After sale service, is more important to me than brand loyalty. When something goes wrong....and it will, no matter the make...it comes down to the service you get from the dealer and more importantly the people.
