Unless I'm under warranty this doesn't matter to me. When out of warranty I turn my own wrenches on everything I own, don't head to the dealer for parts either.
Under warranty I've never really in my neck of the woods anyway heard anyone complain, to much competition to shoot yourself in the foot doing a bad job on warranty work.
