I'd upgrade to a Torklift SuperHitch and their SuperTruss extension wince you need that long of an extension.
I am starting to think that myself. I wonder if the rear setup could be moved to the front without much trouble? Would be nice to have a front mounted receiver too.
You’ll never regret buying the Torklift towing equipment but you may regret not buying it.
I broke a 10,000 lb. rated GM OEM hitch by using a 2”, 36” long extension while towing a single axle trailer that probably weighed 2700 lbs. I’ve since gone to a Superhitch and 36” Supertruss for my towing purposes and am extremely pleased and haven’t had any other towing issues.
