I had a similar situation. I ordered a hand held GPS for hiking through Amazon. The seller cancelled the order saying that he had listed it too low. I wrote a negative feedback on him and he replied that he would give me a discount, but he never followed through. Overall I've had great luck with Amazon, but this was the exception.
