That's unfortunate with only 100K.
I've owned 350's in the past and all were bulletproof....but in our youth we did indeed " throw some rods " while drag racing and wore the lobes on the cam
You'll likely be looking at replacing rods and bearings, crank and even pistons are rings.
You don't seem like your stressing over, would be my approach as well.
