I think that is funny. Consumer wants something for nothing then squawks like no tomorrow when he gets what he paid for.
When I was new to the ways of the world I worked in an auto wrecking yard that sold 'rerefined' oil that was pumped out of a drum. If the customer wanted 30W that was what he got. Wanted 5W50 same thing same drum. When I naively asked what if the customer saw what we were doing a shrug and 'ain't happened yet'.:B
