What is the oil capacity? That is also a factor in how long the oil will last. My E450 has just a 6 quart oil capacity but a large oil cooler. I run Mobil 1 5W-20 EP. Changes every 4000 - 4400 miles and have done Blackstone oil analysis and get similar numbers to their average change interval of 4400 miles for that V10.
At 4000 miles it had a TBN of 4.0 (total base number, measure of remaining additive package) which is well above the minimum that Blackstone recommends of 1.0.
Presumably most of those V10s are trucks that are not always carrying loads. I run the EP since it might take up to 1.5 years for it to reach 4000+ miles.
