OP, don't listen to this guy....haven't seen a gas motor pickup yet, and I've had most of them, that has a 10k OCI recommendation.
Find out what the recommended OCI is for your vehicle as we have no idea what it is.
No such thing as a 5.6L Dodge.
What have you done the rest of your life preceding this oil change for that vehicle or others?
