Told him thanks for the heads up on that I dang sure won’t be doing any business with Big O !! $415 for an oil change and filters on a pickup........No way !

My local Big O has treated me pretty well over the years. Last time for a service on my 2009 Dodge Cummins went like this, from the invoice:
12 qts Delo 400 oil. $72
Napa oil filter $9
Napa fuel filter $59.99
Service coupon -$10
Labor, Shop supplies and tax brought the total to $197.61.

Add in the air filter and still less than $250.

Historically the local dealer has been more expensive.

Any shop should be willing to give you an estimate for the work to be done.
