This a GM truck, right? Incredibly common and if you can turn a screwdriver you can pull the cluster. As mentioned, watch the vidoes on Youtube about pulling the cluster. I believe it's just 4 screws you remove and the cluster will come out. There several shops online that will rebuild the entire cluster for $125 or less.
