I'm one who disagrees with the idea of buying used. I never buy used trailers. Doesn't matter if it's a travel trailer a horse trailer or equipment trailer.
I research it until I am satisfied that what I am about to buy is correct for my use for now, and the foreseeable future, then I buy it new, maintain it meticulously and keep for a long time.
For that matter, that is how I buy vehicles as well. This tactic has worked well for me since the 1970's.
EDIT: I just looked at the specs for that trailer ( Forest River Heritage Glen 24BHHL ). It shows a dry weight of 5100 pounds. We'll call that 6200 pounds ready to camp.
I'm of the opinion this will be a good match for your F150. Set it up carefully and correctly with a quality weight distribution hitch, and go enjoy your camping trips. An F150 is a very capable tow vehicle for trailers in this weight range. A major key to success is correct setup of the WD hitch.
Don't let a certain group of folks scare you into the idea that you need a F250 or F350 for the reasonable size trailers. The bigger trucks are nice, but if it's an unneeded expense, why waste the money on it ? Spend that extra money on camping trips.
