Older canvas care & protection?

Question

Our hybrid is 14 years old.  Today I washed the3 front bunk fabric outside.  Still holding up really well.  However, it is more pliable than wyhen it was new.  Does not leak.  Anyone reccomend a protectant spray?  I always cover with popup guzmo covers.

We use 'Canvac', a liquid spray or paint on product from our tent & awning company to seal our tipis, boat cover etc.
Smelly for a while( a few days) but it works and lasts. Seals against water, stops mold and mildew.
We've only used it on canvas.

Just be careful some of the sealants out there are bad for the stitching. As a tent manufacturer we recommend bee's wax.
