Got recall notice on 'passenger side air bag'. It referenced drivers side recall.
2 weeks later get 'driver side air bag' recall notice.
Both state notify dealer and they will call when parts available. That was last year.....still waiting.
Then read about this alternator recall last night.
This AM GF takes truck to craft fair where she sells handmade items.
7AM she calls......at fair/gauge lights flashing/battery voltage low end of range and something smells :S
Guessing Alternator diode as per recall.
Leaving in an hour to drive up there and investigate/get it back home hopefully.
If truck burns to ground do I get a NEW ONE on RAMs dime :B
