Without a doubt one of the highlights of our adventure was being able to spend some time with
you in your natural habitat. Ellen and the kids still talk about how much they learned from you and how exciting it was to see that moose cow & moose calf (I like to say moose!) trot past us during our hike. We're looking forward to our next get together :)
Dave, we're always in the market for another grand-pa, you are welcome to stow away with us any time. Oh... and please don't forget to pack that bottle of Honey-Jack ;) Thanks again for sharing your most favorite top-secret southern Utah camping spot with us. What an amazingly beautiful place it was!
It was a spectacular year. For those of you considering heading out on a truck camper expedition, do it... Do it right now!
We're now starting to plan our next family adventure. There's a new custom built truck camper in the works too; Rugged & lightweight all-composite construction, all-weather capable, dual slides, lots of solar, huge tanks, cassette potty. I can't wait to share the build with all of you.
