Just a couple clarifications:
1. The unit isnt being sent back to Indiana. They are doing the wall replacement in oregon. This had me worried, but talking to the service manager she assured me they are a fully authorized Jayco repair shop and they do this all the time when units are rear-ended or when people back into things like tree branches.
2. The service manager brought up the fact that this was likely due to bad glue or moisture caught in the wall when it was created.
3. Finally...we'll just have to see how it goes.
