Guys if the vehicle from which the picture was taken is going the same speed at the object being photographed, there is no relative motion between the camera and the object. If the photo was being taken from the side of the road, there would be some blurring.
Look at this one I took at 70 mph, there is no blurring because the trailer was moving the same speed

The tires on the trailer don't look like they are moving, maybe it's this 13MP camera on the Samsung S4.
